Valley Shores Board Meeting 11.03.25

Meeting minutes

• Annual Meeting –
  • January 11th, Pines Golf Course 1-3 pm
• Valley Shores Holiday Party –
  • February 1st, Pines Golf Course 2-5 pm
• Annual Dues – Increase due to Trash Collection fee/vendor changes
  • $885.00 – Lake Homes
  • $785.00 – Golf Course Homes
• Trash Collection –
  • New Vendor S2 beginning January 1st
  • New contract with S2 was a better value than the increase in rates Papillion Sanitation was proposing.
  • Watch for details coming in December for last pick-up for Papillion and details regarding S2 receptacle drop off and schedule
• Meeting with Ground Builders in November to scope options for overall landscaping plan and design for outlots surrounding Valley Shores
• We plan to move the Lift Float mover from the ramp beach to storage on 11.17.  Please reach out to the board if you have any plans to use after that date.
• Board Vacancy
  • There will be an open Board seat starting in 2026.  Jim Taylor term will be expiring.
  • Please reach out to the Board if you want to be placed on the ballot.
  • We will be sending out ballots and HOA Dues invoices in December.
