Valley Shores Board Meeting 10.3.25
In Attendance – Jim Tayor, Gary Wasco, Bob Sindelar – Residents – Sean Fuller, Nathan Malicky
Meeting minutes
- Seawall request – Current covenants do not allow for seawall construction. Several homes have expressed interest in the ability to put in seawalls to protect and preserve beaches and retaining walls. Board will discuss further and determine if we have the support to put a proposal forward for resident vote.
- Fishing committee update
- etiquette -Catch and release – Please release the fish you do not plan to keep ASAP. We have several instances of Fish being kept out of the water while photographing or attempting to un-hook. Please cut the line if needed and keep photographing sessions short. We have found several very large fish washed up on shore as a result of both of these activities leading to fish not being released timely. Pass on the fun of a big catch by releasing as soon as possible.
