Boat Ramp Lot Update

VS residents,

We have made the decision to move forward with placing sod on our boat ramp lot. Beginning tomorrow, (Wednesday 6/18) our contractor will be removing the old grass/weeds, grading the lot, and bringing in topsoil.  The sod will come at a later date, this is the first step, which is occurring earlier than planned due to an opening in their schedule to get the prep work done prior to installing the sod.  We will keep you updated on progress.

Thanks for your patience with this project.  We are making progress and we will have a much more functional and attractive space soon.
