To Valley Shores Members;
Below are the minutes to our meeting on October 7. It is important to note that the Board has appointed 3 new Board members to fill the terms of 3 Board members who have resigned their positions. Jim Taylor, a prior Board member, will complete the term (1 year) of Joel Sedlacek. Jim formally joined the Board on October 7. Derek O’Brien, also a prior Board member, will complete the term (2- years) of Greg Harr. Derek will assume Greg’s term upon the conclusion of our annual meeting in February 2025. Finally, completing the term of Tim Milliti ( 2 year term) will be Natalie Sorenson. Natalie’s appointment is effective immediately.
