In the meeting minutes, it is important to note that at the close of this year, there will be 5 openings to the new HOA Board in 2025. Two Board members are not running for reelection, while the other 3 Board members are resigning their positions early. Hence, it is critical that our neighbors seriously consider running for the HOA Board to begin service in 2025.
