Valley Shores Residents,

The 2024 Valley Shores Easter Egg Hunt and Pantry Canned/Dry Food Drive will be held Saturday, March 30 at 4 pm at the main entrance of Valley Shores.  Signs will be posted in the areas below for the children to gather at their starting posts.  Rain Date is 4 pm Saturday, April 6th. (The Saturday after Easter).  Three age-designated areas will begin their hunts all at the same time by a horn blast and meet in the following locations:

0 through Pre K – Meet at fire hydrant on the Valley Shores property closest to Dollar General.

K-2nd Grade – Meet at the main entrance Valley Shores sign.

3rd and older – Meet on the north end of the newly planted trees in the main entrance.

A horn blast will begin the event promptly at 4pm and all ages will start at the same time.

Please be on time as we don’t want little ones to miss out.

Please remind your children to return the eggs to the marked egg collect boxes in the entrance so we can use them next year.

Children should bring a container or Easter Basket to collect eggs, empty their findings and return the plastic eggs before leaving.

Again THIS YEAR:  Please remember to bring a canned or dry food donation to place in the box provided for a contribution to the Valley Food Pantry on behalf of the Valley Shores Community. A food donation box will be available at the Valley Shores main entrance.

Candy or small item donations are welcome before the event, as we have over a thousand eggs to fill.

If you have any questions or would like to help, or have teens who would like to help, please feel free to text Marty Sehn at 402-630-3488.

Thanks and Happy Easter!!!
