VALLEY-SHORES-LAKE Updated Boating Rules Mar 2023
Valley Shores Residents,
The Boating Rules have been updated to provide clarity with some of the rules as well as to implement new procedures to mitigate risks of introducing Zebra Mussels into Valley Shores. With the boating season fast approaching it is a great idea to familiarize yourself with the new procedures as well as review the boating rules to refresh your knowledge. Additions are highlighted in green. The updated boating rules are attached to this post.
Please make sure that you contact/schedule with a Board Member at least 48 hours in advance to coordinate opening the gate to put in your boats this season. We want to ensure that a board member is available to open the gate when you need it open. In order for your boat/boats to be allowed on the water you must provide your boat registration, proof of insurance and the Valley Shores decal MUST be affixed to your boat.
