Valley Shores Residents,
At the 18th Annual HOA Meeting, Craig Millius and Joe Herman were recognized and given flags from the HOA to thank them for their years of service on the HOA Board. Craig served 8 and Joe served 7 years respectively. Both dedicated many hours to make Valley Shores a great lake community, and a wonderful place to live. During their tenure, they were critical in securing our upgraded streets around the lake that were in disrepair, sharing the cost with the City of Valley, and significantly reduced the special assessment cost to our residents. Additionally, their efforts led to our initial garbage contract that eliminated numerous vendors, cutting costs and reducing heavy vehicle traffic on our newly improved streets. They developed relationships with local vendors such as Ground Builders that helped negotiate our new three-year ground maintenance contract. Their hard work and dedication to our community will be missed.
