| Valley Shores HOA Dues Increase | The HOA Board has approved a $100 due increase to meet the increased costs of services and inflation. Due notices will soon be mailed out. Due date is 31 Dec 2022, and delinquent on 1 Feb 2023 | Lake Residents – $890
Golf Course Residents – $790 |
| Ground Maintenance Contract | The board is attempting to lock in a three year contract for lawn maintenance similar to the trash contract | Craig Millius is currently in negotiations. |
| Open HOA Board Position | There will be a single HOA board position open. Craig Millius is not seeking re-election to the HOA Board. Craig has conscientiously served on the Valley Shores HOA Board for eight years | Please submit your name, bio and why you are running , if you are interested in volunteering for the HOA Board to: valleyshoreshoa@gmail.com |
| Valley Shores Holiday Party | James Dean is coordinating with “The Pines” to schedule this years Valley Shores Holiday party | Will be after the holidays sometime in January |
| Dead Trees in Common Area | Over 40 dead trees were removed from the northwest common area on 9 Nov 2022 | |
| 700 Walleye Stocked | Nebraska Lake Management stocked 700 fingerling Walleye into Valley Shores Lake on 9 Nov 2022 | |
