Valley Shores Residents,
Two orange buoys have been placed in the lake, one on the northern end and another on the southern end. These buoys are placed 50 ft off the docks to provide a point of reference for boat traffic. You must be 50 ft from docks when traveling over 5 mph. This visual will help to provide a standard that can be applied around the lake. We may move these current buoys or even add more buoys in the future if there is a benefit. Please provide feedback to any HOA board member.
Additionally, yesterday morning two board members, were requested to stir up the chemicals that had been dispensed in the lake to eliminate the blue green algae. Hopefully their efforts did not cause alarm to the lake residents. In the future we will attempt to put out a notification prior to avoid any concerns. Thank you.
