Hello Valley Shores Residents,
The City of Valley has two meetings scheduled regarding the proposed rezoning of Lot 141 from commercial to R2, medium to high density, residential.
-Planning commission public hearing will be held 10/19/2021 at 4:30 P.M at Valley City Hall.
-Final plat proposal public meeting will be held 11/09/2021 at 7:00 P.M
Many Valley Shores residents have communicated concerns about the rezoning of this land. The HOA Board of Directors has communicated with the Mayor but encourages residents to attend these meetings and express their concerns to the planning commission, city council members and mayor of Valley. Residents can call the City Offices and get on the agenda if you wish to speak at the meetings. Feel free to attend these meetings and/or contact the City of Valley if you have questions or concerns pertaining to the proposed zoning change.
