Valley Shores HOA Board members are looking for Volunteers to work together to provide ideas and plans for future improvements to our neighborhood. Please reach out to any Board Member if you are interested.
COMMON LOT MAINTENANCE
The Board will continue its annual mowing and maintenance of all common lots. We will be doing some tree maintenance that will include trimming and additional planting to replace any trees that have died.
FALL BOATING AND TAKE OUT
As Fall nears and Boating Season Ends, there are many residents who want to take their Boats Out for Winterization and Storage. Please make sure you give 24 hours for Board Members to unlock the Boat Ramp Gate. We recommend Calling or Texting Any Board with your request. Our numbers are on the Valley Shores Website.
BEACH CLEANUP AND WEED CONTROL
Valley Shores HOA Covenants require residents to leave 50 feet of sand on their beaches. Many residents have not kept up with weed control on their beaches this year. Please take some time to remove the weeds on our beaches. There are companies that will provide this service if you cannot do it yourselves. Contact any Board Member if you have questions or need assistance. The Board has identified several residences and will be sending out “Violation Notices” if not done. We want our community to continue to look clean and beautiful.
2021 CHRISTMAS PARTY
The Board has discussed scheduling a Christmas Party at the Pines Country Club this year. Please provide any input you have as to attendance or assisting with the party. We will move forward with scheduling the party if there is sufficient interest in attending the event.
