Valley Shore Residents,
The HOA Board has received numerous complaints lately regarding some residents leaving their trash cans out in front of their house or the side of their house which makes them visible from the street. The covenants clearly state that all trash cans must be stored away and out of view from our streets. The board is asking that everyone respect and abide by our covenants by properly storing your trash containers. Feel free to contact HOA Board members with any Questions.
