We all love our pets and they bring great joy to the pet owner, but not always to everyone else. The Board would like to post this friendly reminder.
The Covenants read as follows:
ARTICLE I
Restrictions & Covenants-item #28 on page 5.
There shall be allowed not more than two domestic pets per household. Pets shall be restricted to the Owner’s Lot, on a leash or be under control of their Owner. All pet violations should be reported in writing to the Board of Directors of the Association and the local Humane Society. Owners will be directly liable for any damage or harm caused by unrestricted pets.
